Loreplex does not host, stream, or store any full video files or pirated anime streams on its servers. All anime titles, synopses, and posters are indexed metadata. However, if you believe indexed text or image assets infringe upon your rights, you may submit a removal request below.

1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a formal copyright infringement notification to Loreplex, please provide a written communication containing the following required elements:

DMCA Notice Checklist

Identification of Copyrighted Work: Description or title of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Location of Infringing Material: Exact URL(s) on Loreplex where the material is located.
Contact Information: Your full legal name, company/entity, physical address, telephone number, and official email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Perjury Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or authorized representative.

Typical Response Time: Verified requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.

Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
Your consent to local federal district court jurisdiction.
Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Loreplex reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or disable user accounts or contributor privileges for accounts deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
