1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Loreplex Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the "Otaku" (Free) tier.

2. Refund Eligibility

At Loreplex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Pro experience. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
• Refunds are only available for the first purchase and do not apply to subsequent renewals.
• Requests made after the 7-day window are generally not eligible for a refund, but will ensure no future charges occur.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at loreplexofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your Loreplex account.
• The order number provided in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
