Loreplex is an anime discovery and tracking platform offering features including watch list management, filler guides, personality quizzes, seasonal charts, and community-curated recommendations. The platform is provided "as is" for entertainment and informational purposes.

By submitting content to Loreplex (e.g., reviews, ratings, list entries), you grant Loreplex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Loreplex reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or is reported as harmful.

Loreplex displays anime information sourced from third-party APIs including AniList and MyAnimeList (via Jikan). This data is provided as-is. We do not claim ownership of any anime titles, artwork, or related intellectual property displayed on the platform.

The site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

The Loreplex brand, logo, design, code, and original written content are owned by Loreplex and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loreplex and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Loreplex shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
